To better serve you, please note the following:

1. A credit card is required to reserve time for two or more people and /or two or more services.
   
   
2. If you must cancel an appointment, we ask for 24 hour notice before service time, or a 50% charge will be applied.
   
   
3. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
   
   3a. We do not give cash back for the unused portion of a gift certificate. The balance can only be applied to future services or purchase of produces.
   
   3b. Gift certificates are valid for two years from date of issue.
   
   
4. We offer store credit only — No refunds.
   
   
5. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may not receive your full treatment.
   
   
6. A $ 15.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
   
   
7. We do not accept gratuity on checks or charges.
   
   
8. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and personal checks.
   
   
9. Prices are subject to change without notification.

Gratuities are not included in the price of the services. However, at your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted.
