Policies
- A credit card is required to reserve time for two or more people and/or two or more services.
- If you must cancel an appointment, we ask for 24 hour notice before service time, or a 50% charge will be applied.
- We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. We do not give cash back for the unused portion of a gift certificate. The balance can only be applied to future services or purchase of produces. Gift certificates are valid for two years from date of issue.
- We offer store credit only — No refunds.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may not receive your full treatment.
- A $15.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
- We do not accept gratuity on checks or charges.
- We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and personal checks.
- Prices are subject to change without notification.
- Gratuities are not included in the price of the services. However, at your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted.
